Welcome to ALMANNAI TRAVEL CONSULTANCY. Please review our service policies, booking requirements, cancellation procedures, and liability boundaries before scheduling an advisory session or purchasing a personalized travel itinerary.
Payment terms and consultation scheduling
Clients pay 100% upfront when booking services online. Due to the bespoke, research-intensive nature of travel advisory and planning, work begins immediately after payment is confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule an advisory consultation, you may reschedule once at no extra charge by providing at least 24 hours prior notice. Missed appointments without adequate notice cannot be refunded.
Refund policy and itinerary revisions
All travel guidance, consultation sessions, and customized itineraries are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or once preparation has commenced. In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund or service credit may be evaluated solely if a cancellation request is submitted before any initial planning has begun.
Every custom itinerary package includes up to two complimentary rounds of revisions requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional adjustments requested beyond these two rounds or after the 7-day period will incur a nominal fee of 20 QAR per revision.
Third-party bookings and limitation of liability
Clients may book travel arrangements directly based on our curated recommendations, or ALMANNAI TRAVEL CONSULTANCY may coordinate bookings (such as flights, accommodations, activities, and vehicle rentals) on your behalf whenever available.
In all circumstances, ALMANNAI TRAVEL CONSULTANCY operates solely as an independent travel coordinator and intermediary. We bear no liability for airline cancellations, flight delays, schedule alterations, property conditions, service interruptions, or unforeseen disruptions caused by third-party travel vendors.
